The goal of this exercice is to smoke-test the coding abilities our potential candidates.

The goal

Given the payload at the URL https://hiringtest.lightspeedappdev.com/index.txt write a program, in any language of your choice, which fulfills the following criteria:

• It must run from a command prompt
• It must accept the payload URL as an argument
• It must list all the things that report an state different than OK, following the format: The service $SVC_NAME is $SVC_STATUS.
• It must exit with a non-zero exit code if something goes wrong or if any of the services is in a state different than ‘OK’

The exercise is timeboxed to 20 minutes.
